Our Fine Sausage is made exclusively from fresh meat sourced from local farms in the Šumava region. We emphasize ethical animal husbandry and sustainability, ensuring our ingredients are always of premium quality. Every piece of meat is processed immediately to retain its natural flavour and nutritional value. Our products contain no nitrite curing salts or preservatives, meaning you can be sure you are consuming a purely natural product free from unnecessary additives. We use only a minimal amount of spices to let the natural taste of the meat shine through.
