Time and Place of the Competition: The competition always takes place on the Goody 77 Facebook page or goody77_ Instagram page, at the time specified by the Organizer upon the announcement of each competition. The exact duration of the competition is always defined in its announcement.
Conditions of Participation: Participation in competitions is open only to natural persons over 18 years of age who are registered on the social network Facebook (hereinafter "FB") or Instagram (hereinafter "IG"), have an active FB/IG account for the entire duration of the competition, and meet the set competition rules (hereinafter "Contestant"). Persons who are in an employment or similar relationship with the Organizer or Administrator, or are family members of such persons in the direct line, cannot participate in the competitions. The purchase of goods or services from the Administrator or Organizer is not a condition for participation in the competitions.
Course and Principles of Competitions: Competitions take place on the FB page or IG page. Contestants enter the competition for a prize by reacting to a competition FB/IG post within one competition round according to the specific competition assignment published at the beginning of the competition round in the Organizer's FB/IG post. The essence of the competitions is usually sending correct answers to competition questions or original answers according to the Organizer's assignment. From the original answers, an expert jury composed of the Organizer's employees selects the winning entry; in the case of a competition for the correct answer, the answer that is attached to the relevant FB/IG post in the order determined by the Organizer wins. The Organizer will describe the exact mechanics of each individual competition in the FB/IG post upon the announcement of each individual competition.
Notification and Handover of Prizes: Contact details made available by participants on their FB/IG profile are always used to notify individual winners of prizes. Winners are also published on the FB/IG page under the relevant competition post. Prizes are sent by a shipping company to the address provided by the winner within 30 days of the end of the competition, or the prize is handed over in another way based on prior agreement. If the winner does not respond to the message sent about the prize within five days of its notification by the Organizer, their prize is forfeited to the Organizer without compensation. The Organizer is not responsible for the loss, damage, or non-delivery of prizes. The winner is not entitled to any other prize from the Organizer than stated above, or to other compensation. In the event that the prize is a specific product of the Organizer, this goods is subject to the same warranty period as in the case of purchase by a natural person.
Rules for Competition Entries: Any entries that, according to the sole discretion of the Organizer, are illegal, immoral, indecent, depicting illegal, risky, or otherwise irresponsible behavior of participants or other persons are fundamentally excluded from competitions. The Organizer further reserves the right to exclude a Contestant whose behavior or FB/IG profile violates the rules of the social network FB/IG. In the event of finding such a violation, or in case of suspicion, such an account will be reported as fraudulent and any potential release of the prize will be suspended until a statement is made by the administrator or responsible employee of FB/IG. The Organizer warns Contestants not to violate laws when publishing their entries, not to risk potential legal penalties, and to behave responsibly, decently, and politely. The Organizer is entitled at any time to check and subsequently not admit to the competition or exclude from the competition participants with an entry that, according to its decision, will be inappropriate for any of the above or other reasons, without any compensation and without the obligation to state the reasons for such a decision. This also applies to entries technically unusable for the competition.
Copyright and Other Rights: The Contestant agrees to and grants a royalty-free license to the Organizer without time, territorial, and quantity limitations, that their submitted entry, including the author's name, will be published on the Internet in connection with the competition. The Contestant also acknowledges that once a published entry may spread on the internet beyond the Organizer's control, and the Organizer is no longer responsible for such spread. The Contestant always guarantees that they are the sole author of the entry submitted by them or that they have consent from the author and all persons participating in the creation of the work for its use under the conditions and to the extent stated here, and that they are particularly authorized to grant this consent to the Organizer. In the case of further need for the use of such work by the Organizer beyond the scope stated above, the Contestant agrees that, following the Organizer's request, they will confirm in writing the right to use the subject copyright work by the Organizer, if they agree to such use. No additional financial or non-financial remuneration or compensation belongs to the Contestant for this use.
Personal Data Protection: Personal data of the Contestant in the scope of name, surname, profile photo, and for the winner also email address, phone number, and delivery address, or other data released within the Instagram permission dialog, will be processed by the competition organizer as a controller and processor, for the purposes of the Contestant's participation in the competition and handing over the prize to the competition winners. The processing of personal data will last for the duration of the competition, or in the case of winners for the period determined by the relevant generally binding legal regulations, if they impose or allow such processing. The Organizer also has an interest in including winners in its marketing database for the purpose of sending advertising communications. Personal data of winners in the scope of name, surname, and email address will thus be processed for this purpose even after the end of the competition, for a period of 5 years from its end. The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the Organizer; the data subject (winner) is entitled to object to such processing.
The Contestant, as a data subject, has the following rights:
-
The right of access to personal data, according to which they can obtain information from the organizer whether their personal data are processed, for what purpose, what is the scope of data processed, and to whom this personal data was possibly made available.

-
The right to erasure of data in the event that the purpose of processing ceases to exist, or if the Contestant's personal data are processed unlawfully.

The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Other Important Competition Conditions: The Organizer is entitled to check the truthfulness of all data provided by the Contestant within the competition at any time. In the case of providing false data or other violation of these rules by the Contestant, the Organizer is entitled not to allow the Contestant to participate in the competition, or to exclude them from the competition, or not to issue the prize to them, without any compensation. The Organizer's decision on such a measure is final. Contestants are not entitled to demand monetary or any other performance instead of the prize. The Organizer is not otherwise bound to the Contestants, and they are not entitled to any other performance from the Organizer than stated in these rules. Prizes are not legally enforceable. The Organizer of the competition guarantees the quality of prizes and also handles potential complaints. The Organizer and administrator of the competition are not responsible for the functionality of the FB/IG application, delivery of messages or prizes. The Organizer decides on any complaints or objections with final validity. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, postpone, interrupt, or cancel the competition or unilaterally change or supplement its rules at any time during its duration without compensation, by announcing the change on the competition FB/IG pages, where valid and complete rules will be available. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the electronic social network FB/IG. The Contestant understands that they are providing their information to the Organizer of the competition and not to the electronic social network FB/IG. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the application must be directed to the Organizer, not FB/IG.
