Beef neck slowly braised on onions in a strong beef broth – that is the secret of our Hungarian Goulash. The foundation is high-quality beef from young bulls, cooked together with paprika, tomato paste, and spices until the sauce reaches the perfect thickness, rich colour, and deep flavour. To finish, we add fresh tomatoes and peppers, which give the dish its characteristic freshness and texture.
This goulash is cooked according to an old homemade recipe and is best enjoyed with fresh bread.
