Our Luncheon Meat is made exclusively from meat sourced from local farms in the Šumava region, where emphasis is placed on sustainable farming and ingredient freshness. The pork is processed immediately to retain its succulence and authentic flavour. We use no nitrite curing salts or preservatives, guaranteeing a 100% natural product that honours tradition. We use only a minimal amount of spices to let the natural taste of the meat shine through.
The composition is simple and high-quality: 90% pork, 5% pork rind, and 3% vegetables (sterilized red pepper), gently seasoned with salt and a traditional spice blend (pepper, caraway). This classic combination gives the Luncheon Meat a full flavour that will be appreciated by every lover of quality pork products.
