Thanks to this careful process, our products are completely free from nitrite curing salts and preservatives – we guarantee a clean, all-natural composition. We use only a minimum amount of spices to let the authentic taste of the meat shine through.
Our recipe is simple and traditional: 98% pork, seasoned only with salt and a blend of spices, specifically pepper and caraway seeds. This allows the rich flavour of the pork belly to stand out—perfectly succulent and ready for immediate consumption.
