The meat for our MIX comes exclusively from local farms in the Šumava region, where emphasis is placed on sustainable farming and freshness. The pork is processed immediately to retain its natural succulence and authentic flavour. We use no nitrite curing salts or preservatives, guaranteeing a 100% natural product. We use only a minimal amount of spices to let the natural taste of the meat shine through.
Our simple and traditional composition includes 98% pork, seasoned only with salt and a delicate spice blend (pepper, caraway), which enhances the natural taste of the various cuts in this mix.
