We are GOODY 77 s.r.o., with its registered office at: Ledce 324, 330 14 Ledce, Company ID: 21314209. We operate an e-shop on the website www.goody77.cz.

For the provision of our services, the sale of goods, and the operation of our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

I. Processing of Personal Data

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: Name, Surname, address, phone number, email address.

For what reason? We use them to contact you for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

On what legal basis? This is processing based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, or the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process personal data? If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than necessary for the given purposes, but no longer than 30 years from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in the case of a purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, email address, phone number. In the case of a legal entity, also Company ID (IČO) and VAT ID (DIČ).

For what reason? We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via contact details regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or your inquiries. We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).

On what legal basis do we process personal data? This is processing based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data? For the duration of the performance of our service and subsequently for the period necessary for the given purposes, but no longer than 30 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and you did not opt out during the purchase, we will use your email address for sending our news.

On what legal basis? This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you forbade it during the purchase.

How long will we process personal data? 30 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or contact us at: info@goody77.cz.

II. Who has access to the data?

Your data stays with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us and get access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:

  • Operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 289 35 675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)

  • Companies participating in the dispatch of goods (DPD, COOLbalík)

  • Companies participating in payment processing (Shoptet, a.s)

  • Email service provider (RoundCube.net)

  • Website administrators (František Dobrý)

Your personal data may also be accessed by the following entities:

  • Third-party administration applications connected to Shoptet as add-ons, meeting all conditions for personal data protection, such as Facebook, Google, Seznam.

We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

III. What else you should know

  • We do not have an appointed Data Protection Officer in our company.

  • Automated decision-making or profiling does take place within our company.

IV. Use of Cookies

V. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data

The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to turn to us and want information about what personal data of yours we process, to request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction of processing. You can request a copy of the processed personal data, request the erasure of personal data from us in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. An objection can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.

If you think that we are not handling data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), or turn to the court with your claims.
