The meat for our spread comes exclusively from local farms in the Šumava region, where emphasis is placed on sustainable farming and freshness. The pork is processed immediately to retain its natural succulence and authentic flavour. We use no nitrite curing salts or preservatives, guaranteeing a 100% natural product. We use only a minimal amount of spices to let the natural taste of the meat shine through.
Our simple and traditional composition includes 98% pork, seasoned only with salt and a delicate spice blend (pepper, caraway), which highlights the natural taste of the meat in this spread.
