Spicy Sausage – a traditional speciality that we have been producing with love and care for over 25 years. This excellent product is the ideal choice for anyone who appreciates honest and tasty cured meats with an authentic character and a touch of spice.
Our Spicy Sausage is made exclusively from fresh meat sourced from local farms in the Šumava region. We pay attention to ethical animal husbandry and sustainability, ensuring our ingredients are always of premium quality. Each piece of meat is processed immediately to retain its natural taste and nutritional value. Our products contain no nitrite curing salts or preservatives, meaning you can be sure you are consuming a purely natural product without unnecessary additives. We use only a minimal amount of spices to let the natural taste of the meat shine through.
The composition of our Spicy Sausage is carefully balanced: 93% pork, 5% pork broth, natural pork casing, salt, and spices (sweet paprika, hot paprika, caraway). This combination creates a unique flavour with a spicy kick that will delight your senses and transport you back to a time when traditional sausages were made with distinctive character in village homes.
Hand-Crafted Quality: Our sausages are handmade. Due to this artisanal production process, it is not possible to achieve the exact same weight for every sausage. Therefore, we do not sell our sausages by weight, but by the piece. Each package contains two sausages with a total weight ranging between 190g – 210g, so you know the approximate quantity you are buying.
